On a personal note, my wife's health problems continue without any sign of a solution. One-or-two-day hospital stays are getting more frequent, but not routine...quite. But that kind of thing does subtract from the writing time.
My short story, "The Treasure of the Mountain King" will be published by Page and Spine on-line magazine, probably in December.
As for my monthly review article for them, November will be my last contribution, at least for the foreseeable future. Besides not having the time to do it in December due to my regular job's work hours, I need to take more time for my own fiction writing. The software edit of Just Lucky, Book 2 will take a long time. That is the most un-fun part of writing, but necessary to make the writing better.
I also want to get back to the paranormal romance Saving Atlantis. I took a break from it because I ran into problems with plot details; plus, as noted above, I had personal things going on. I'm still thinking about them but I do have some ideas. I'll have to go back, re-read a few chapters to establish the flow of the story and then try to put characters where they belong.
I will be at the Freeport, Illinois library on November 5th for the author fair. I will have copies of all three of my published novels available for signing and sale. I'm considering a book signing at the local library, too, but scheduling may present difficulties. I'd like to do that and maybe sell some for Christmas presents.
Not a lot of content today. Sorry, but I came up almost dry for subject matter on this, except for current events. Please have a great Halloween and, above all, read something!
