Another unwelcome change of plans. My father-in-law won't have his surgery until Dec. 11 or thereabouts, so I'll still lead the bachelor life until then. (Big sigh.)
On the writing front, Moira Allen of Writing World had a great article on the rules, and tools, of grammar. The link :

We will be working longer hours and some six-day weeks starting tomorrow, so it's very possible I won't get this updated for a while. If I do, I'll post it on Facebook.

Alone, Still, Naturally

On the personal note again, I'll still be living the life of a single until about the first week in December. At work we'll be starting to work 9 to twelve-hour days after Thanksgiving. About that time I'll stop working out because I just don't have the time or energy to do that when working ten or more hours. The renewed workouts have been good the last couple of weeks. I've lost 8-10 pounds.
I am a huge Denver Broncos fan, so I was pretty durn happy the first seven weeks. I just hope they can get back to taking care of business against KC tomorrow.
On the writing front, I finished the final editing of Witchery with the help of my beta reader. I submitted it to double Dragon Publishing. Please wish me luck.

On a Personal Note...

Hi-diddle-dee-dee, it's the bachelor's life for me. Actually I'm not that thrilled with it. I shipped my wife off to Utah almost two weeks ago to visit some grandkids we haven't seen in two years and our brand new grandson, Ian, born October 19, just an hour or so into that day. Now the boss is in Colorado waiting to see if her father is going to have quintuple by-pass surgery. There are a few things for him to get done first, so when she will return is very much up in the air.
I don't mind the effort of cooking for myself, but I do mind the time. Pizza Hut and Subway and McDonald's or Hardy's is tempting, but haven't given in to that so far. One of the irritating things about all this is that we had planned to get new tires on both vehicles. I think the money for that, and more besides, has now gone and will go to airline tickets.
On writing, I have now completed the (hopefully) last edit of Witchery and will submit it for consideration to another publisher.
